The Milwaukee Beavers Baseball Club was founded in the Milwaukee County Open in 1991. In 2002, Milwaukee County dropped baseball after over 60 years of history, leaving that heritage to be continued by local baseball fans, including the Beavers leadership who started the Milwaukee Baseball League (MBL). From 2003 to 2012 the MBL grew from six teams to twenty teams in three divisions.
In 2013, the MBL merged into Rock League Baseball, which has multiple divisions playing at the Rock Sports Complex in Franklin, WI. The Beavers were charter members of Rock League Baseball and the 18yr+ division for three years.
In the RLB's inaugural season, the Beavers captured the 2013 American Division title and cruised through the playoffs only to lose to the long-time nemesis Brown Deer Builders in the best of three RLB Championship Series. In 2014, the Beavers secured a second straight American Division title and advanced to their fourth straight league championship, again vs. the Builders. This time, the Beavers won the best of 3 series and celebrated their first championship in franchise history. In 2015, Milwaukee went 24-4 and defeated the Mudhens for their 2nd straight RLB Championship.
Milwaukee accepted an invitation to the legendary Land O' Lakes Baseball League for the league's 95th season in 2016. The Beavers have called called historic Joecks Memorial Field in Lannon home since 2019.
The Beavers compete in various tournaments, including the annual Wisconsin Amatuer Baseball Classic against some of the best amatuer teams in the Midwest.
